AI in precision psychology: supporting decision-making in mental health
I explore how to provide the right intervention, to the right person, at the right time, by developing ethical tools that are useful and adapted to the realities of practitioners and vulnerable individuals. My work therefore lies at the intersection of three fields.
Mental health is at the heart of my career.
I have worked for over ten years as a psychosocial worker in child psychiatry, youth protection, developmental disabilities, community settings, and humanitarian contexts.
This experience has given me a concrete understanding of the realities on the ground and the needs of vulnerable people.
Today, I use this expertise to pursue a single goal: to make interventions more precise, accessible, and useful, drawing on science, evidence-based data, and human-centered technologies.
I specialize in mental health decision support.
My work involves understanding how to support practitioners in complex decisions: integrating evidence, accounting for biases, reading human contexts, and translating science into concrete actions.
AI is now a powerful tool for evidence-based decision-making.
I explore how it can inform, reinforce, and support professional judgment without ever replacing it.
I design tools with practitioners and for practitioners.
My approach is based on co-construction, direct observation in the field, and practical validation.
A tool is only valuable if it is simple, applicable, and truly useful in the daily life of psychosocial settings.
I focus particularly on reducing the cognitive load on practitioners, so that the tools support their work rather than adding to it.
it's HERE that we're really
revolutionize things.
My areas of expertise
Agentic AI applied to mental health
I study and design intelligent agents capable of supporting, adapting, or executing psychosocial interventions in an ethical and contextualized manner.
I am particularly interested in systems capable of adjusting their actions according to people’s actual state, needs, and context (JITAI, ETA, adaptive support).
AI in evidence-based practices
I develop frameworks and tools that enable AI to be used as a clinical decision support tool—aligning science, evidence, and the realities of psychosocial environments.
The goal is to make evidence-based practice more refined, granular, and accessible, so that practitioners can truly provide the right support at the right time.
Cognitive sovereignty and ethical nudging
I analyze how AI influences our decisions, vulnerabilities, and autonomy.
My work aims to promote approaches that empower rather than create dependency by developing forms of ethical nudging and cognitive protection centered on humans.
My services
My services fall into two main categories: consulting and training. I deliver these mainly via Myelin Solutions, which allows me to draw on the expertise of my colleagues in IT, UX and psychosocial intervention.
Consulting
How can I help you?
Training courses and conferences
I offer training and lectures on:
- AI in mental health (TedX)
- Intelligent agents (JITAI/ETA)
- Evidence-based decision support
- Applied ethics and cognitive sovereignty
- Designing stakeholder-centered tools
