The heart of my work
In a few words, my passion lies at the intersection of mental health, new technologies and the reality of the field.
It sounds a bit complicated, but don’t worry, it’s extremely simple!
Ever since I was a child, I’ve been confronted with mental health challenges, both personally and among those close to me.
I’ve seen how unnecessary suffering or the inability to express one’s full potential can change the lives of extraordinary people.
I therefore decided early on to devote my life to this subject and trained in psychology (bachelor’s degree) and psycho-education (bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees), and I continue to train actively.
It’s also why I became a counsellor and had the chance to practice in Switzerland, Madagascar and Quebec. Today, I sincerely believe that mental health is the greatest challenge facing our millennial generations.
Through my work in the field, I’ve come to realize that I can have a greater impact by equipping others than by intervening myself.
A case in point? My experience in Madagascar: what the local teams needed was tools to access the right information or choose the best intervention, not new people!
I then made a similar observation in Quebec, where I met passionate, committed but exhausted workers who needed tools to lighten their workload.
This is the subject of my graduate and post-graduate studies, and I’m convinced that the solution lies in the intelligent and ethical use of new technologies to empower, not replace, caregivers! The TEDX conference I gave in 2017 still illustrates this point very well.
I’m still a caregiver at heart, and I’ve seen what it’s like to have technologies that aren’t adapted to the field: extra work, frustration, challenges for customers, and above all, lots and lots of wasted time that could be used to better help our customers.
That’s why I’ve been working with Myelin Solutions for nearly 6 years, along with my partners, to specialize in this area.

it's HERE that we're really
revolutionize things.
My other passions
Decision support
For me, the first challenge is to ensure that everyone can have the best information for making mental health decisions.
This obviously includes:
- helping providers to ensure that they recommend the best interventions;
- empowering patients to make informed choices about what will help them most;
- enabling managers and decision-makers to have all the data they need to make informed decisions for their organization or healthcare system.
Leadership
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that change won’t happen alone. We have to learn to work together ethically and efficiently, respecting each other’s differences. So I specialized in leadership and approaches to creating more diverse teams.
I’ve even been lucky enough to receive several awards for this commitment
- Force Avenir
- Volunteer Commitment Award
- Impact Entrepreneur
Mes services
My services fall into two main categories: consulting and training. I deliver these mainly via Myelin Solutions, which allows me to draw on the expertise of my colleagues in IT, UX and psychosocial intervention.
